Description bskrug 2004-01-07 16:10:50 UTC
Running NB 3.5 Build 200306022350 on WIN 2000
SP4. Open NB and open 20 - 30 files with Source
Editor. Each time I then close one of the files
(closing one of the tabs on the Source Editor
Tabbed Pane) my memory consumption (in Windows
Task Manager) INCREASES! This occurs approx 3/4
of the time and has occurred while closing Java
Source Files, JSP Files, Ant Build Files, XSD
files, Web Configuration Files (web.xml), XSL
files, and maybe more. This is opposite of what I
would expect and results in higher and higher
Memory Consumption by NB. My NB is configured for
One Window MDI mode.

I am transfering this issue to the relevant module.
Comment 2 Martin Roskanin 2004-01-23 16:10:44 UTC
I can reproduce it on NB 3.5
I had approx. 80 files open, after close all action, Mem usage
increased around 100 MB and closing operation last something about minute!
I cannot reproduce this behaviour in current dev build, so I assume
this bug fixed. Please, verify.
