OS X 10.3.1 (Panther)

Set Aqua LAF;
Minimize all Netbeans to Dock with 'yellow' button on main 
window;
Restore from dock by clicking Icon.

Happens every time. Does not seem to happen with Metal 
LAF.

This issue seems to be fixed in JDK 1.4.2 DP1. See duplicated issue #34284 for more 
details.
