When you right 
click "Fields"/"Methods"/"Contructors" in the 
Filesystem view and choose to "Add New...", the 
wizards don't support any addition of Javadoc.  
It would be very helpful if they did.  Currently 
the use case in Netbeans is you run one of 
the "Add New..." wizards, and after you are 
finished you go into the "Auto Comment" tool.  I 
feel the use case should be, go into the "Add 
New..." wizard, where you can set everything, 
including the Javadoc.
