Env: NT4 WKS-SP4, 450 MHz, 128MB RAM, JDK 1.2.2, NetBeans build 382

I`ve noticed a pattern whereas anytime I compile my projects immediately
after running the `Update Parser Database` feature, the compiler takes
forever.  As in a good 10 minutes, when my project usually compiles within
90 seconds or so.  Anyone else notice this?

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
