Development build #200312091900 of NetBeans 3.6
Windows 2000 with JDK 1.4.2_02

Description:

The caption of dialog allowing to switch between
graphical and textual diff viewers has bad title.
Currently there is "null - Diff Visualizers" string.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Mount CVS filesystem and modify some
[Up-to-date] file.
2. Invoke "CVS|Diff Graphical" on the [Locally
Modified] file.
3. Push "..." button located above the diff component.
4. The dialog contains "null - Diff Visualizers"
string in its title.

What has happened??
In build #200312071900 it works fine, in build #200312091900 it's
broken. What happened in between??

Yes, verified in development build #200312151900 of NetBeans 3.6.
