It's a little silly that in SDI mode I have a
window with a titlebar saying "Output" with a
single view tab below it that also says "Output".

1.4 supports client decorated windows - that is,
no OS-supplied title bars.  It might be a more
pleasant solution.

No, I have no idea how you would figure out a drag
of a window versus dragging a tab to dock it :-(

There's no SDI mode anymore.
