Please update the java projects javadoc.  For
instance:

JavaProject.createJavaSources (what is
"displayName" parameter)
JavaProject.createCompilationUnit
JavaProject.assignSources

The class-level javadoc for JavaProject should
contain sample code for setting up the package
root(s) for a java project by invoking these three
methods.
