Drag textures should be painted on selected
windows (like Filesystems, output, ...) for Metal
L&F as it's defined in UI specification, but it
isn't implemented yet.

One small thing to correct. The top row of dots in drag texture should
always be white (this is correct in the implementation). The bottom
row of dots should always be dark grey to achieve the right visual
effect. In current implementation, the bottom row is white which is
not correct.
