[dev build #200310150100; j2sdk1.4.2]
When the user selects popup menu (e.g. New|All 
Templates..|XML|XML Document) then it must be 
contained in the popup menu->New as a shortcut 
item. But the item doesn't appear there until the 
IDE restarts. Then there are multiple items for 
the same template when the template was created 
multiple times before the restart.

I have to investigate which revision fetches this regresion, shoudl be
fixed ASAP.

fixed, added notification that the list recent used templates changed.
