Strange, files are reappearing even deleted (multiple independent
observations). Our build machine gets some files restored even not
requested :-(.

I've deleted apisupport-lite_(ja|ru).nbm files from local copy and
live copy of Alpha Dev Update Centre and rerun update of the catalog file.

Hopefully they will not get restored again.

The diff looks good:
