For now there is a commands history per each
Execute Command window. When you close the window,
the history is forgotten.

Possible solution:

Is to have a history per each connection and not
per each Execute Command window.

The best will be, if this history will be
persistent after IDE restarts. However this part
should not be implemented because of security
problem (command could contain proprietary
information that should not be stored in host
filesystem).
