This has been requested since some modules
apparently don't work well with JH 1.1.3 (reason
unknown; most likely faulty code or help set).
Anyway JH 2.0 is out and we may as well upgrade to
it. This issue covers just the actual library
upgrade, not any additional stuff such as using
the new navigators to good effect.

Have patch, will test some; will hopefully be simple enough.

Awaiting legal approval for JH 2.0 upgrade. Submitted a request thru
Lenka on nbdiscuss.

Working OK so far except that merged search does not work (no results
appear), so disabling search navigator in master help set until this
is fixed.

Have legal approval.

Provisionally disabling search tab in merged help set (not sub help
sets). Also adding favorites tab to merged help set (not sub help sets).
