To reproduce:

1. Run any executable in the debugger  
2. Select the program in the Debugger
window/Session view  and  call popup menu  via
mouse click
3. There are 4 menu items { Make Current, Finish,
List Options, Properties}
4. If to call  popup menu via Shift-F10, 
  --->> menu has only 3 items { Make Current,
Finish, Properties}
  -->>  List Options is absent.

This takes place for all debugger views.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
