User need:

The user needs to be able to see the pool of
available plugins for the IDE. Only the
non-commercial subset of them is available via the
AutoUpdate facility.

Product requirement:

Integration with NetBeans Module Catalogue via a
Menu Item linking to the website, potentially
closer integration in the future.

Merge Module Catalog and Autoupdate UI planned in the new Autoupdate UI.
