Build 200308200100, JDK1.4.2, MDI.
1. I started the IDE (clean userdir)
2. I did not close the Welcome screen
3. I opened examples.imageviewer.ImageViewer for
editing (without form editor).
4. The attached IllegalStateException occured. It
seems to be harmless.
