When running a installer in NetBeans
release351 build 200307052351,
"NetBeans IDE 3.5" is displayed in
the install wizard.

I think the version number should be
"3.5.1".

Since I got test installers from Richard, I tried to install
IDE on SPARC Solaris and Windows 2000.
The fix for Install and Uninstall looks ok.

The diff looks O.K. A more elegant solution would be if the
"product-key" could change it's value, but since it would need more
changes, this solution looks acceptable.
Reviewed without any further objections.

We verified this was fixed in NB3.5.1 ML-JA installer in
Build 200307122351.
