Pls document how to setup public props of java
project nature declaratively in project template.
E.g. setup compilation unit, set source roots, etc.

I heared a suggestion to create a java project and
copy/paste the declarations from there but this is
cumbersome -- I would prefer to know what exactly
I can put into my nature, what is the semantics,
what is guaranteed to be supported.
