After specifying the Target Location "Name", an error 
message is triggered when a character is input at the 
Target Location "Folder" textbox.

Moved to core/property editors.

I saw NPE in the ide.log file, is this exception you are reporting?

I cannot reproduce it with NB3.5. :(
