OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION:

When switching from one project to another,
Netbeans will deadlock.

ACTUAL RESULTS:

Netbeans will spend about 5 seconds acting "busy"
loading the project, but will then go idle (no
CPU, memory, or disk I/O activity). It never opens
any windows for the project before it deadlocks

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The project should open.
