Two form are in a folder. 
Steps to reproduction:
1) go to editing workspace. Close edited files.
2) open the first form. This form is opened and
shown correctly.
3) go to ediditng workspace.
4) open the second form.
The second form is opened in form editor but the
focus (is visible) is on the first form in form
editor.
