The Ant 1.5.1 docs module needs several changes:

* The TOC is incorrectly organized.
* Several pages are missing from map file.
* Several html pages are included that should be
excluded (the pages that contain the left
navigation bar for the original Ant manual)
* All pages need to reference ide.css and meet
a11y requirements.

I made all of the above changes to the html and
metadata files but I don't know how to commit my
changes (the zip is scrambled). I'll attach the
zip file to this bug.

Shouldn't it be fixed together with #33665?

It could. But that issue is P1 while this one is more like enhancement.
