When I mount a few filesystems, then shutdown the
IDE, delete all the storage files and start the
IDE again, the metadata are not updated. Codebases
for all filesystems are empty and I have to
unmount+mount the filesystem in order to get its
metadata updated.

fixed by the new infrastructure
