1) All sitemaps seem to be missing the opening HEAD tag.
Maybe this comes from a template file ?

2) at the top of each sitemap is some txt like "This is a 
map of the website only" - I think maybe the name of the
module should be there ?  Eg "This is a map of the $module 
website only" ?

Head and txt are fixed. Change will on line after few minutes.
