How to reproduce:
1) Create JAR Recipe
2) Set "JAR Location" property value to "/" (on
Unix-based system only).
3) Compile JAR Recipe
4) ERROR - NPE - See attachment for exception

Setting priority to P4 becuase this is unusual case.
