when i select 'Percent complete' to be displayed
in the usertask list and restart the ide it'll not
be displayed anymore. Anyway, all others are
displayed correctly.

Which version of the usertasks tasklist module are you using? 

I fixed this bug a while ago. I checked, and it's fixed in both the
trunk and the release35 branch - but it's possible that I made this
bugfix after the most recent push to the 3.5 update center.

After I installed Tegal I downloaded tasklist using Update Center, so
I guess you changed it in the trunk after pushing it to the update
center. Unfortunatly I couldn't find out which version of tasklist I
have installed... under modules/version(Implementation) it says 'dev'

If you close the view and restart NB only standard columns will be
visible. This was already changed in the trunk and on the dev35 branch.
