After installed 3.5 from 3.4.1, I started Netbeans up, and 
during initialization, I received the following error:

A java.lang.VerifyError exception has occured.
Please report this at 
http://www.netbeans.org/devhome/issues.html, 
including a copy of your ide.log file as an attachment.
The ide.log file is located in your.....

Not sure what caused this. But after completely deleting 
the netbeans directory, and unzipping it again to the 
drive, things seemed to be working fine now.  Upon 
starting up, Settings wizard popped up and everything 
seemed to work fine.
