the 'Customize Classpath...' action in the pop-up
menu of a project node should not be there.

Please try to use more precise values for component and 
subcomponent fields when filing bugs.  
On the other hand, if the boundary betweem java and infrastructure 
part is not noticeable even to the development team member, it's 
actually good news for us.
