If the user creates a project and then creates an
executable class, he should be asked if he wants
to make that the executable for his project, and
should be told that a default profile has been
created for him. 

Chris, please describe this in uispec. Then we
will see how could it be implemented.

i've added this to the spec too. it will go out in the next rev.
