When editing a form with a BorderLayout, it is very difficult to lay out components if they exceed the maximum space available in the border layout display.  It would be nice if the Border layout di
splay simply put a border around each area (n,s,e,w) as it does now but be resize as it would during runtime or when viewing in test mode.
