Add JDK 1.4-specific packages such as java.nio.*
to the IMPORT MANAGEMENT "well known packages"
listing.

Is this still an issue with the new "fix import" command? I believe we
can close this as "fixed".

Yes, we can close it, since Import management was replaced by Fix all
imports.
