   To reproduce the bug:

1. Create empty 'Web Module Groupe' in some mounted dir
2. Highlight the 'Web Module Groupe' node
3. Bring up the Property window
4. Click on [...] in Target Server sheet button
5. The property editor: "No Server Instances Created" dialog popped up

Changing target milestone to NB 3.5 to make sure this bug is addressed
for this release.

The dialog is owned by the j2eeserver module, reassigning.
