Steps to reproduce:
- run S1S4.1 
- mount some local filesystem
- create JFrame (let opened Form Editor window)
- shut  down IDE
- run S1S 5.0 (Nevada) 
- import settings by Import Settings wizard
-> NPE arises(see attachment)
