CVS annotate does not appear to work with Command
Line script support.

CVS->Annotate shows blank gray window.

Runtime->ANNOTATE_CMD->Properties appear to show a
valid command, can't copy and paste it though.

WinCVS (and cvs.exe from command prompt) allow to
execute annotate without any problems.

After CVS annotate fails, CVS->Log (+Status,
History and possibly others) stop working from NB
as well. NB needs to be restarted to get them
working again.

Changing subcomponent to "code", CVS is not an experimental profile.

This problem was already mentioned somewhere. It seems to me like a
bug in the NetBeans Window System. I'll try to find the original bug
describing this problem...

This is probably a NetBean's window system problem.
It's already mentioned in issue #31522. It probably affects *all* VCS
dialogs *sometimes*.

Yes, it really seems like a dup of #31522. If you could 
make a screenshot it would clarify a lot. Verifying ...
