When installing 3.4.1 on W2000 from the full windows 
installer .exe without having a previous version of 
Netbeans installed I only get to choosing a location for 
the installation. I go with the default and click next and 
the installer then hangs and uses 97-100% CPU. I have 
tried with an alternative location also. 
I rebooted and tried again but the same thing happens.

I was having the exact same issue on Windows2000 SP3 
running JDK 1.4.0 until I updated my JDK to 1.4.0_03.
