According to Java Projects UI Spec Resources node
pop-up menu should contain action 'New
Resource...', not 'New' and this actions is
supposed to open 'New Resource Wizard' and should
not contain submenu 'Java Classes'. Resources node
is also missing action 'Find'.

Done. Adding the 'Find' action depends on uitilities module
integration which isn't done yet.

As described in

current work on projects prototype has been stopped.
