Also, if when mounting web modules in the IDE, the check should be done and a nice error should be emitted. Webdata was Damian's responsibility so maybe Martin can look into this. Hopefully we will not use it for new version.
The first exception does not happen any more - I can not reproduce it. The second one still occurs, but I can not think of a way to avoid it. Using Projects is crucial for this fix.

Now it's not possible to create a JSP under the classes directory -> fixed.
