I can't reproduce this in NetBeans 3.4.1. I have Win2000,
though. At the surface, it looks like a duplicate of bug
26570, but that was fixed in NetBeans 3.4.1.

Could you please attach the contents of your IDE
installation (that you get using the 'tree' command or
similar) ?

Also, did you import settings from a previous version of
NetBeans ? If so, could you try it without settings
import ?

Thanks.

Senén,

the contents of your IDE directory is corrupted. It should contain the
following folders:

tomcat404\temp
tomcat404\work

Can you please check whether the archive that you downloaded contains
these folders ? Also, what software do you use to unpack NetBeans ?
Please try installing the product again.
Thanks, Petr.

Petr,
Now I'm starting to understand the bug tracking system, I can answer you :-)

As I've deleted the file I can not tell you wether it contains those two (I supose empty) folders.

I've used bzip2-102-x86-win32.exe ( from ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/bzip2/v102/ )
to uncompress the bz2 file and then WinZip7.0 to unpack the tar.

I hope it helps,
Senén

I tried with bzip2 and winzip as you say, but it works for me without
a problem. Anyhow, does it work now for you ?
