Main window of IDE have "Editing", "Visual", and
"Debugging" tabs.
Name of tabs are probably unlocalizable.

The basis are followings.

  - If I start "pseudo localized" IDE, prefix or
suffix
      are not appeared before and after tab names.
  - If I start IDE with Debug Mode, resource number
      is not appeared after tab names.

Could someone investigate this ?

I found that, this issue is invalid.
Cause is very simple.
Old parameters in my IDE_HOME directory generate invalid indications.
I am very sorry to confuse you.

Previously CLOSED issue that was mistakenly put into the NEW
