- include the common editor support library jar to the 
build script
- join the DD Editor and CES module

The j2eeeditor extra binaries can be added to web module immediately
after BCL is ready for j2eeeditor module .

Fixed by new implementation of common web.xml editor, based on
xml/multiview and core/miltiview.
