[dev40 build #200212130100]
1.Go to main menu Tools|Options 
2.Select node IDE Configuration|System|Autoupdate Types
3.Invoke New... from popup menu
4.New Wizard appears
5.Try to create new NetBeans Update Center - the wizard is 
creating just the bean and it is not the expected result.

Workaround is to copy existing Update Type and modify it.

Was probably caused by some bug in NewFrom template wizard. It works
for me in the current build. The new UpdateCenter is created correctly
and shown in the options under Autoupdate Types. 
Closing as works for me.
