There are different FileChoosers for very similar
usecases:
 
1) Add Source Directory
2) Resources -> New -> JavaClasses

Both select Folder and the second one also
archive, so IMO they should use same customizer,
but one uses simple TreeView and the second Full
featured FileChooser. See attched images.

Both FileChoosers are provided by java module.
