How to reproduce : 

- open any file to form editor
- create and open resource bundle (e.g.
a.properties) in editor
- change name of any component in form editor (add
new property to a.properties resource file in form
editor property sheet)
-> There is shown save flag '*' next the name of
properties file in editor.
