Here are a few small problems I noticed in the AU updates/*.xml files. I only noticed these where they don't make sense to me, but that might be that I don't understand correct usage of AU! Sorry if that is the case for any of these. Please reassign to module owners if that is appropriate ... thanks. Most are quite trivial but do cause problems in teh module catalogue. 1) The freestylebrowser module, listed in updates/alpha/33_1.5_.xml updates/alpha/331_1.5_.xml updates/alpha/332_1.5_.xml has the same "Long Description" field as the objectbrowser module, (listed in 33*, 34, and dev_.xml); 2) The Java Metrics module (metrics?), listed on updates/alpha/331_1.5_.xml updates/alpha/332_1.5_.xml has a "homepage" value of "http://www.netbeans.org/". This should be something more specific (metrics.nb.org ?). 3) Jemmysupport module - on alpha/33 and alpha/331 version 1.1.4 is at http://www.netbeans.org/download/nbms/34/jemmysupport.nbm; but according to 34.xml, v 1.2.1 is at that URL, with a different filesize (1017507 vs 2294440). One of those must be wrong ... ? 4) Junit module - similar as above. According to 332.xml, v2.5.0 is available at http://www.netbeans.org/download/nbms/40/junit.nbm. But according to beta/332.xml, v2.6.0 is available at that URL, with a different filesize (0 vs 321096). Again, one of those must be wrong ... 5) CPPlite module - same as above. According to 32.xml, v 1.4 of cpplite is avaliable from http://www.netbeans.org/download/nbms/40/cpplite.nbm, but according to 33, 331, 332, 34 and dev, v1.7 is available from that URL. Have to run now but I believe similar problems to this occur for Makefiles, Jini Support, and InnerTesters. I can investigate further if you need.
6) Homepage for org.netbeans.modules.apisupport.lite, or "New Module Wizard", is http://www.sun.com/forte/ffj/familycomp.html in 332.xml
I will file a bug for number 1. Number 2 is fixed. Problems 3-6: NBMs of listed modules published for older version of Netbeans have been overwritten with NBMs for Netbeans 3.4. I will disuss it with module owners and fix it.
