Create separate group module which contains just
group functionality (package
org.netbeans.modules.group).

This module should
OpenIDE-Module-Provides: dataloader.group

and dependent modules should
OpenIDE-Module-Requires: dataloader.group

Thanks, I will update apisupport to depend on dataloader.group.

You might want to add a note to the 4.0 Upgrade Guide about this.
