I have traversed over main window menus and got IDE 
deadlocked. I'm going to attach thread dump.

This is a duplicate of issue #21316.
It will be fixed when implementation of VCS APIs will be merged to the
main trunk.

I'm sorry for that. This is the reason why I do not use dev builds for
serious developmnent.
It's a good practise to save your files regularly anyway.

According to
http://qa.netbeans.org/processes/bug_priority_guidelines.html we can't
raise the priority unless you experience this deadlock fairly often.
Verifying this one as duplicate.
