ConnectionCookie should not probably use
ConnectionSupport since it stores the data in
.nbattrs. The connection data could be stored as
settings in the project file.

Done while fixing issue 27481 and issue 26754.

The part which blocked synchronization in Projects is not fixed, but
storing info in project (rather than in attrs) still needs to be done.

BTW raising priority -- EJB module seems to depend on synchronization
/ ConnectionCookie on Java objects.
