Create new filter. In the "Packages" panel of the Object Browser, select the
new filter. Press "..." button and change the filter. Press OK to confirm
change. The "Packages" panel does not apply the changed filter (you have to
select another filter and then the new filter again to see results of the change).

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).
