1. Go through the UC wizard to its last step and press 
Finish button
2. "Restart the IDE" dialog appears.
3. Press Cancel button
4. The UC wizard will close although the user might want 
to do some forgotten action in wizard (e.g. Save Copy of 
module)

That's not possible, user already pressed Finish button
and certain non-reversible actions was done.

Moreover, there is following warning in dialog: "..Using Cancel will
completely revoke the installation."

Possible options I can do to improve this:
- set Wizard invisible before opening Restart dialog
- show one more confirmation dialog e.g. Really cancel? Y/N
