Steps to reproduce:
1) Create package under src folder under project
2) Delete that package
The package is still shown in Explorer although it
was deleted on disk.
 
The package is removed from the list after another
package is created, so if user then creates new
package it looks like that old package changes
name to new one.

As described in

current work on projects prototype has been stopped.
