I try to uninstall S1S, and when setup begin to remove 
files, all IExplore windows was killed.

Well reproduced with Sun One Studio 4 update 1, build 
020923.

Yes, it is known bug of InstallShields installers. i'll invetsigate if
we could do something with it.

S1S has its issues in bugtraq. This is category for NetBeans installer.
